How do pre-orders work?

  • While we wait on our new designs to arrive, you can secure a pair in advance by pre-ordering. Orders that include both a current and pre-ordered design will be sent once both become readily available. Send us an email if you wish to have your current design sent as soon as possible!

Where are Ocker Socks manufactured?

  • All Ocker Socks are proudly manufactured in Australia.

What are Ocker Socks made of?

  • Our socks are approximately 70% cotton with the remainder being nylon/elastane required for durability and stretch.

 

Should I wash my socks, and will they shrink?

  • Yes, you can wash your socks in a standard 30-degree wash but do not dry using a tumble dryer. You socks will initially shrink but should stretch back out to its appropriate length.

Will there be more designs?

  • Yes, we are working on expanding our range as quickly as possible.

Can I change my order or details are I have placed my order?

  • Unfortunately, it is difficult to change your order or details once an order has been made. If change is imperative, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help you.

I have received the wrong product, what do I do?

  • Should a delivery contain the incorrect product/size, please contact us directly using your order number as a reference, and we will direct you from there.

Are all products on the website in stock?

  • If a product is out of stock this will be displayed on the page. In the unlikely event that there is a discrepancy between the website and stock, you will be notified by email and will receive a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal

How long does delivery take?

  • Once the order is processed and shipped the delivery will take 2-6 days. Please note delivery times will take longer around the holidays.

What countries do you ship to?

  • Unfortunately, we currently only ship to Australia.

How much do you charge for shipping?

  • Shipping is free for all orders!

How can I track my order?

  • We don’t currently offer tracked shipping.
